Man, I was watching MTV this weekend and they had an episode of True Life called "I'm Stepping" and the winner of the sorority division was Omega Psi THETA (latinas). I think it was the Sprite competition. I was all day wrong on this bullshyt. Shoulda rolled with VP from jump. Screen print that ish because you know I don't say that often....LOL. The True Life episode came out a couple of years ago, but they just started airing a show on MTV2 based on the Sprite Step Off hosted my Ludacris. Didn't get a chance to see it yesterday. It's coming on again on Wed. |

I think they're turquoise & gray (but you know 2520s don't rep their true colors like we do).
They'll do zebra print, teddy bears, chapter colors, whatever. SMH

I predict that a delta team and an alpha team will win. they seem to be the only ones that have been winning the finals. If a white sorority or fraternity wins using some ish that WE'VE taught them.....
I hope this annual event becomes an one time event.
I have no problem with other sstepping but if they use that damn commerical with only the NPHC in it then have a whole lot of other orgs participate and win.
I call false advertisment. I swear if an SGRHO team don't make it to the finals I'll be cheering hard as hell for and other org. We can't let them show US how to stop the yard on NATIONAL television.

Hmmmmm. I watched the show last night. The Sigmas from UCF are on it. Go Knights! Umm thy talked about wanting the money a lot. Guess that is a lot of their personal motivation for stepping. wasn't impressed but will dvr the new episode on sunday.

a new episode comes on sunday at 3. The Alphas are arguing with each other over how they talk to each other and the Kappas are arguing with each other because one of them want to go out to drink. The Sigmas have hit a plateau in their training and seem sad. At least that is what i got from the previews.

I had to laugh a little when I saw the 2520 clip. I really hope they don't win this. I think ZTA said they want to see the AKAs step. Thats their competition. They repping for the 2520. Yep one big commercial. Sprite gonna get its money.

Well, since this is a TV show, I am thinking that the Zetas[2520] had to stick around for the finals to garner the largest ratings. Now, you will have plenty of majority viewership along with the minority viewership. I don't know if the Zetas[2520] outright beat the NPHC Sororities, but they will open the finals show to the largest audience. |
