Like if you placed them against the Finest AKA's and DELTA'S how would they rank?

Fine is fine. Doesn't matter what organization.

Honestly, 2 of them would have ranked with the finest Deltas and AKAs. The other 2 were a notch below but they were still attractive.

So by this logic, the "ugliest" AKA or Delta is still more attractive (what ever that means) than the finest Zeta or SGRho?
As we grow, don't these stereotypes become somewhat played?

No...I don't think anyone is saying that. I know some AKAs and Deltas that I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole! LOL.

Maybe that's another regional difference because in Chicago, their is not a uniform look for XYZ...all of the organizations have members with a wide variation in appearances...

And what about Kappa? You could attend an NPHC meeting, and not know if a man was a Kappa, unless he was wearing letters. Fat, skinny, buff, tall, short, light, medium, dark, etc... their is no set look. Now, help me to understand. Is their a set "look" for Kappa?

I have noticed that a lot of the Zetas here in the south are homely, but in other regions there are some beautiful Zetas. Lets get back to this statement. Homely? WTH??? Yes, homely. I could have used a more negative adjective but I was trying to be respectful.

As a West Coast Woman of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. I must say that the greek culture is not as strong here, as say in Southern Regions. While traditionally we are not gangster, I can see how many may get that impression from media outlets. There is also a larger presence of Iotas, Sigmas, Zetas, and SGRhos- all organizations that appeal to California's first generation college type, and around the way personas.
AKAs, Deltas , Alphas, Omegas and Kappas from California are typically represented by men and women who come from several generations of Greekdom and generally tend to be from an upper middle class upbringing. My community and neighboring areas are filled with members young and old from the various aforementioned orgs, but it isn't until you go to the Cal States that you will see large numbers of Sigmas, Zetas, Iotas, and SGRhos. Before you get mad, hear me out....
This may be due to the majority of well- to- do black families sending their children to out- of -state colleges, especially HBCU's where certain orgs are more popular. Also many of the children may be legacies. Another thing, California as I said, does not have a strong Greek culture, so stereotypes prevail. Many of my coworkers and associates say things, like "I cant believe that you are an AKA because you aren't stuck up". Or "I know you must be an AKA because you are so prissy! I want to be an SGRho because they are down to earth. Or I want to be a Zeta so I can be down with the Sigmas, They are cool..." I hear that crap all of the time here. It is all subjective, but valid.

As a WHITE PERSON I must say that the black presence is not as strong here, as say in Southern Regions. While traditionally we are not RACIST, I can see how many may get that impression from media outlets. There is also a larger presence of Asians, Hispanics, and Blacks all people that find appeal in California's weather, and acceptance of other cultures.
WHITES from California are typically represented by men and women who come from several generations of European families and generally tend to be from an upper middle class upbringing. My community and neighboring areas are filled with members young and old from the various aforementioned races, but it isn't until you go to the Cal States that you will see large numbers of Asians, Hispanics and Blacks, Before you get mad, hear me out....
