So I finally decided to get on the scale. I weigh a LOT, lol. No, really...I had NO idea the number would be so high. The high azz number is decreasing or whatever, but its still high as giraffe booty, lol

So...what, if anything, are ya'll doing to suppress hunger? I'm eating a reduced-calorie diet, yes. But I'm getting all my required vitamins, minerals, sugars, proteins by other means. I'm almost completely off carbs for the time being so fiber is hard to get in (and artificial fiber will EFF up your intestines). Anybody taking hoodia or other natural remedies?
Oh. and I already drink water. A lot. Doesn't work.

Whats artificial fiber though?? Thats a new one. lol. I mean its real fiber, but I'm talking about the fiber supplements w/psyllium that trick your stomach into feeling "full." I keep reading that it'll block up your situation and that you have to increase your H2O intake when working with those. 1. I have a great relationship with my digestive tract and I want to keep it that way. 2. I will NOT be drinking any damn more water

Now that you explain I understand now. See, Psyllium absorbs water in the intestine so that may be why they say you should drink more water, but if your drinking adequate water as it is then it should be ok. What's adequate water?? Take you weight, divide it by two and drink that number in ounces...drink more if you sweat a lot. You can just load up on fruits and vegetables if you don't want to go the Psyllium route though. For the hunger, only thing i got for you is incorporate cottage cheese (or something with a good amount of casein protein). But Reign is right, your body is just getting used to working with less calories.

I've been so busy the last 2 weekends I didn't make it to the gym at all. I did get in 3 days, but I can really feel where I missed those Fridays and Saturdays. My energy level is so not on point.

I've been eating chocolate almost everyday and I haven't gained any weight. I'll correct my eating habits after April 18th. Until that time I need my chocolate to keep me happy while I'm completely stressed out.

Shout out to Coach for sending me some supplement samples.... That Jack3d had me in the gym with some roid type energy..... Supplements are so necessary. I can totally tell the different in my energy after one workout... Hell I'm still UP.. I wrote this shit hella fast.. Lol

What kinda things do you guys do at home? and with what results? if I can't make to the gym I pop in my Hip Hop Abs disc and bounce around with Shaun T. It's a pretty cool workout. #embarrassingmoment: i was at a "party" and this lil groove came on that's similar to the groove on the disc. Before I knew it, I'd started to "Tilt, Tuck, Tighten" to the beat.

Leja, did you make it in yesterday or were you walking around wearing one sock for the rest of the evening? i finally got my but up and went. I owe myself 50 extra crunches tonight because yesterday it just wasn't happening. I couldn't even find that last lil burst of energy at the end.

Burned about 500 calories. Came home, showered, braided my hair (did no boo-loving) and went to sleep. Gonna do it all again today (sans the hair braiding and avec the boo-loving)
