OK! So we've started a 2011 90day challenge to kick the new years off right!!! From Jan 1st (or the 2nd for you alcoholics) to April 1st!
I figured since most people will be trying to lose weight we can make a friendly challenge out of it where we can push and motivate each other! So far I have about 15ppl nationwide (and I haven't told the ppl here in New Orleans yet so the number will be growing today). Challenges for those of us with competitive spirits light strong fires under our massive asses!! lol
You can do it any way you please as long as it is healthy! No liquid diets...no lipo....no bypass surgery!! Pure exercise and dieting!
I for example am going on a strict diet of minimal sugars and low carbs. The month of January will be conditioning of my body and mind (cause it's been longer than I'd like to admit that I've been active) Then starting Feb 1st I'm doing the Insanity 60day Challenge!!!! (Beachbody.com/Insanity-Workout-DVDs)...I'll be doing video logs along my way to keep contact with yall and continue to motivate myself.

This thread can be used to keep track of the OOA participants or there will be a FB Group formed soon. If you all choose to keep within the OOA community anything posted on FB will be copied here for motivation purposes!
So far the only OOAers on the roster are Pain and myself...
JOIN US!!!
(for privacy purposes no one will be required to report to the group their starting weight or anything...but we'd like it if you let us know your progress along the way. If at the end you are satisfied with you results feel free to upload before and after pics and/or measurements to show your success)

I only want to lose 5 pounds and I usually do that by summer. I just gain it back in the winter. I'm not sure I would be much help

Well I only want to loose 5 - 10 lbs myself... and gain it back in muscle... so maybe i'm not that much help either...

@reign- that's fine! 5-10lbs for those of you who truly don't have that much to lose can be just as hard as those that need to lose much more! And if you are trying to bulk up...yea you have a task at hand. So stay with it!

Well I am doing low fat, high fiber and protein On a perfect day I would eat Trader Joes Fiber O's with unsweetened almond milk, fresh fruit, and water mid morning snack is.. 2 wasa crackers and laughing cow cheese lunch is 4 oz of chicken breast over cobb salad...no eggs , greek yogurt over frozen mango slices and water with crystal light mid afternoon snack: half grapefruit with truvia sprinkled on top and a couple almonds Dinner broiled lemon pepper tilapia with roasted asparagus and red peppers dessert skinny cow bar this usually tally to about 12oo to 14oo cals 96 ounces of water daily i probably eat like this 4 days out of the week... my downfall is the weekends. My saving grace is that I run 5 times a week faithfully. I got this eating pattern from my trainer.. hope this helps

I want to drop about 50lbs by summer. Actually, losing about 70lbs of fat but gaining muscle.
I'm tired of being cuddly....

Fat arsed or not, you best get in that costume for Carnival. I've already cleared out room in My Pictures, missy poo. Especially since I can't it there for my 10 year wedding anniversary they way I wanted. I'm settling for New Orleans instead.... ....then the nude beach this summer. ;D I'm about to book that trip next week.
