I have heard good and bad about the HCG thing. I tried it but didn't like the 500 calories diet aspect. Also, there is a possibility that you can gain more weight if you don't stick to the diet. You've done good thus far just keep excercising and watching what you eat. You will get to where you eventually want to be.

I have been passively losing weight since last year. I say passive because I have not done the workouts I need to do I have primarily just counted calories and switched up some foods I eat. I wanted to lose weight for two reasons.
1. I was 165 lbs and although my body was banging (I've always had a flat stomach), the last time I weight that must I was 9 months pregnant. So that number as always been associated with my heaviest weight.
2. My body mass index was between 25 and 26. I have always been told by my doctor that 24 was the ideal number and over 24 was overweight and with my family history being overweight I am more likely to increase my chances of having the heart related illness that are already in my family history.
Today I stepped on the scale and I am proud to announce that I am 149 lbs. I still have my banging body (in fact I don’t see a change in my body). And my body mass index is 24. I am so proud of me!
Also I seem to have gone down 1/2 a shoe size.

I unofficially measure my weight-loss by three things: - the diminishing size and shape of my silhouette and shadow
- the amount of space I have behind the wheel of my truck
- the ability to pull my jeans up/down without having to unbutton or unzip them.
That being said, i took a shower by candlelight and caught my silhouette on the wall and my reflection in the mirror when I stepped out. Hubba hubba. lol Also, I completely changed clothes in my truck today without struggle, (don't ask where or why lol) changing from a business suit (including pantyhose and pumps) to a pair of jeans, tee, and sandals all without having to open the door or recline the seat. 11 down, 64 to go #progress

I look and feel amazing. I do my 2 Herbalife shakes twice a day and I've been doing bootcamp 3-4 times a week for 72 days and counting. On my way to a more healthy and fit me! I'm too scared to weigh and measure but I know I'v lost.
