in total i have lost 3 lbs. Almost to my goal even though I ate chocolate! So get me those snickers!

I haven't done my insanity workouts since Wednesday... I was working out from running around for the 80s party! Then the drive to and from the party left me exhausted for the rest of the weekend!

Even though my wrist is all effd up I still had a good workout yesterday... the trainer I was working with did a good job of showing me things to do that didn't do more damage to injiry...
Week 8... I'm quite proud that I have been in the gym CONSISTENTLY for 2 months. Now if I could balance my diet a little more...

week 9... Diet still sucks, gym is steady... wrist is feeling better so I plan to recoup some of the lax time I had last week... Looking to do something extreme with eating .. some form of detox...
3 weeks left....
Oh .. I finally decided what I'm going to do after the 12 weeks. I'm going to take one week off.. and then start a 8 week program that incorporated P90x. *geeked*

Ain't it nice when they notice? lol I fell off a bit this weekend. Didn't go to the gym Saturday or Sunday. Then ate from the "regular" menu @ O'Charleys. On top of that, I ate the spinach dip appetizer (shared with 2 others) and took advantage of the 2 for 1 $4 margaritas....three times. I've got some hustling to do this week.

I've been stress-eating like a crazy person, but it doesn't seem to have affected my weight. I'm still 3lbs lighter than when I started the challenge. I do need to change the habit of eating to handle stress

LOL @ the two of yall.
Don't sweat it, your normal people looking to get fit...so you overindulge once in a while, it happens. But don't kill yourself over it, beside your just not going to be able to work it off with extra time on the treadmill. Just start clean this week and learn from the weekend and continue with the regular programming.

I find drinking water in between drinks helps me limit my intake of "special beverages". Might work for you too.

I have fallen off the wagon and think I have gained 5lbs. Thursday@ BBBS Event: Slice of pizza, nachos and Icee (Fat, fat & Sugar) Friday @ Happy Hour: Fried Popcorn Shrimp, Fries and Strawberry Daquiri (more fat and sugar) Saturday @ Baby Shower: Nachos, Wangs, Hawaiian Rolls (the devil), Punch Sunday & Monday: feeling like crap because I have overindulged.

not sure when I first said I was down for the weightloss challenge, but clearly I only started just yesterday. Doing a 7-day cleanse right now (no meat, no dairy, high fiber). I know one thing, I'm glad I have some culimary intuition, cause otherwise this no salt/no sugar situation would be bland as hayle. Threw a dash o cinnamon, a ripe banana, some dried fruits and a couple spoonfuls of organic applesauce in my oatmeal this morning. Off to a tasty and filling start

^^ Thats good! I am struggling with my no bread, no sweets, no beef for Lent but I just found some really good low cal fruit smoothie recipes so maybe I can do better.
