Week 5 of 12... Almost to the half way point of my 1st quarter workout challenge... Feel good about the consistency... I'm changing up my workout a lot this... trying some new machines and workouts that I have stirred clear from for the past 4 weeks lol.. My diet has been so so.. I'm so tired of eating the same ish tho.. I think I'm going to incorporate more fish ... we will see how that pans out... They'll bootleg anything niggas don't want to pay full price for i guess.
This fool said he has just "copped the Insanity and P90X dvds for the low"...I see go what he's talking about and he shows me 10 Sony DVD-R dvd discs with "Insanity" poorly written on the front. They didn't even bother to number the disc...it was pretty funny. I just told him let me hold them and I'll number them before i give it back to give it back to him tomorrow. On the bright side though...the disc was crystal clear dvd quality. Bootlegging has come a long way.
I'm still pissed people pay hundreds of dollars for it though. This guy use teachings and techniques that's been around for years, gives it a fancy name, and then people go crazy and talk about it like it's some new ground breaking sh!t. I should've thought about doing that...guess this classifies me as a 'hater'.

LOL @ Coach! Yes you are being a major hater right now so you don't get your nickname! Nothing is new in diet and exercise....its the modifications each program gives you! Half of the drills are familiar to me from basketball and track training but I still hate him for putting all that shit together and expect me to not cry somewhere in between drills! It's called Insanity because you gotta be crazy to do half of that shit. None of the drills are IMPOSSIBLE it's just the intensity and the mix of craziness.
But ANYWAYS...I came in here to tell yall that I'm starting my Insanity challenge on Monday. I've watched all the videos already to get my mind ready. I'm so addicted to watching Shaun T's sexy ass jump around so as of right now I am just really excited!

Ok so i haven't fully commited to losing the 5 pounds. I lost 4 but then I gained 2 back because I been lazy (my bed feels really good on a cold day) and I've been eating chocolate a lot. I won't give up on the chocolate but I will try to get in some light exercise on saturday mornings

Week 6 of 12 week: HALF WAY POINT BABY!!
I'm feeling good, this is usually around the time I start half asses so I'm just trying to stay mentally amp. I did an assessment of my progress and located some weak points in my workout... I'm going to focus on those and continue to change my diet up...
I need a Prayer Circle....

So I talked to 3fingaz today and I completely forgot he started the Insanity challenge a while ago. He is in month 2 now and says last time he checked he had lost 45lbs!!! YAY Insanity!!

Week 7 of 12 program .. over the hump sorta... I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do after the 12 weeks (do another 12 weeks??) I still have quite a few goals I need to reach. So I dont know... 5 more weeks and I'm hanging in there... My diet is shit tho ... I can't stop eating sweets!!!

Week 2 of INSANITY....I am getting used to my muscles hurting! I have an extreme love hate relationship with the program. I hate doing it but I looooove how I feel after I recoup. I think I'm addicted to the pain.

Could one function on a 500 calorie diet? My friend is taking this HCG product and that is what she has to do? I'm like WTF but she has lost tremendous weight in a short period of time.

The directions say that your body will feed off of that fat that you have stored. I was thinking that too but if her normal eating is somewhat healthy then she should just be at the maintain point huh?

week 7 has been trash.. I have been eating krispy kremes and girl scout cookies all week. Diet is trash right now... then I hurt my damn wrist .. I'm hoping its heals before monday. Im suppose to work out with this trainer monday... I'm not really beat on any of this right now..
