lol... week 4... my enegry is up, my "movements" are regular, this week I'm going up in weight on all my workouts....
confession: the gym is getting boring already... I look forward to my Saturday morning bootcamp way more than going to the gym... but I'm pretty focused on my goals so I'm not going to stop but if anyone has any suggestions on how to perk up my gym visits that would be greatly appreciated.

Reign find someone to come in for...i.e. the cute chick on the treadmills that you know is dating someone but is good to look at
Or the guy that fails at every machine...it could be like a t.v. show guess which machine he will fall on this week

Or the guy that fails at every machine...it could be like a t.v. show guess which machine he will fall on this week THIS!!!! At my gym it's the short stocky guy who tries to impress whatever chick smiles and says hello. He follows and gets on the machine next to her. Last night, it was the treadmill. damn fool tried to get on while it was already moving. It went a lil something like this: (sorry, posted the wrong vid at first. ignore the first 12 seconds)

SO I definitely posted in here yesterday but I guess it was deleted some way...
Anyways.... I am soooo proud of yall!!
I am seeing crazy results as I approach this one month mark. The most noticeable is the loss of weight in my hip and ass area. Zuma is killing my thighs and Pilates is mass murdering my belly!
But all in all...I am getting really nervous about this Insanity Workout Challenge! I've been watching people do it on Youtube and good lawd that shit looks sooo hard! But I will say one thing...every day that I wake up and look in the mirror and watch my big ol everything melt away I get more and more motivated to push thru my workouts! SO I am sooooo ready for this Insanity thing! Bring it on Shaun T!!
Keep up the Good Work!!!

I love Shaun T. His Hip Hop Abs videos is what got me into working out in the first place. My trainer, he's a beast. I curse him out at least 3 times a session. He just laughs at me and says "I love you, too."

ok; day 3 of eating "right." I am ALWAYS hungry. I'm hungry even while I'm eating. I'm assuming that:
1. My body needs to be re-trained to be satisfied with smaller portions 2. My metabolism is getting back in gear and is therefore processing the food faster

Both are probably correct! The thing about metabolism is that you have to EAT to maintain it! So you should be eating something every 3-4hrs...making lunch your largest meal of the day have a simple breakfast and dinner and snacks in between meals. Just make sure you are eating RIGHT....nothing greasy, cheesy, heavy, covered in anything, etc....foods of this sort are the key suspects in the murder case of American's metabolism!

Plus I drink green tea and water throughout the day. And I'm ALWAYS facking starving. Today I attempted to add more fiber in order to feel fuller, but it's no happs. I'm going to give it the rest of the week and after that, I'll look into some natural appetite suppressants.

Confession: I think all this "eating right" and getting rid of waste is making me obsessed with "movements" ... I have never been a person who "went" everyday.... and now I get all paranoid if I go one day without one...

LMAO @ the "movement" convo...I have comments but I'll leave it alone.... Confession: I never knew how much I liked and ate hot wings before this diet! Every freakin 50cent Wing Wednesday commercial makes me want to pull my hair out! I haven't driven anywhere in 3 days because I'm afraid I'll go into auto pilot and drive right to rally's or buffalo wild wings or angeletto and get some wings!

Confession: this thought just crossed my mind....soooo....I've had this weight on me for so long and I've rarely ever not found a way to love it. I've always loved my hips and thighs and stuff...now I know i'll never be skinny...I have no desire to be, but uruh, what am I to do if I don't like my shape with all the weight gone? I mean, a lot of it is in the "right places" if u know what I mean but there is no way to get rid of the fat in the wrong places without sacrificing the right ones. We'll see what happens!

^^ u'll be fine, I'm sure. I used to worry about that; but I used to add/drop drastically throughout a single year (depending on what sport season it was) in HS and college and when I first started, I worried about what I'd do w/little hips/thighs/boobs, etc. The good stuff did shrink, but the rest shrunk too...so it was still proportionate. No worries.
