Okay, cool thanks for the info. I know a bunch of folks currently on or who have recently done the HCG diet. All have lost LOTS of weight. I think it is a productive option if a person has 20+ pounds to lose, tho the 500 calories per day thing scares me. I know of 1 person who (I think) lost too much and looks a little crazy. Although 2 pounds per week is normal healthy weightloss, many people find difficulties keeping up that rate of loss over an extended period of time. lol @ looking a little crazy

1. I don't look NO ways crazy
2. it is SO important to not overdo it and to resume your workouts afterward.
3. I'm getting rid of superflous weight I inadvertently gained in law school, which in turn was causing complications of my rheumatoid arthritis (u'd be surprised how 3 straight years of high-speed stress can affect your body), not trying to achieve some new ish
4. My "goal weight" is just my normal walking-around weight. I'm on team #highschoolskinny

Hmmm, lets see: (twitter squirrels skip to last line lol)
Saturday I wore a shirt I haven’t worn in two years.
Sunday I wore a skirt that I haven’t been able to wear since I bought it 18 months ago.
Yesterday I wore a blouse that 7 months ago was kinda snug, 4 months ago fit just right, and is now too big to be comfortable.
Today I realized I ran out of holes on my belt and the pants of this suit are too big.
All of this to say what?
I (officially) joined the gym and became serious about “#teamfit” in October of 2010. I won’t act as though I’ve been totally committed to the plan because I have fallen MANY times. I’ve slipped in my diet. I’ve chosen to sit at home and watch Iron Chef America or Chopped instead of going to Zumba or Les Mills Body Pump class. I’ve even gone to the gym with a workout plan in mind only to leave after 20 minutes on a treadmill and 5 minutes in the sauna. Nevertheless, I always find my way back.
Before I lose the point I’m trying to make….
I took a good look at myself last night. The progress that everyone one noticed WAY before I did, yea, I saw that. Those “season change clothes” that I pulled out, yea, they are good and loose. My energy levels are high. I’ve actually misplaced the taste for fatty/salty/sugary foods. I say misplaced because every once in a while…well, you know. Lol
Anywho, just giving a very special shout out to OOA’s very own #teamfit. You guys are a constant source of motivation and I appreciate you all.

I don't know about teamfit# (maybe it was in the earlier pages) but that's great stuff Chal!
Now you can take all of that power down a weight class in MMA...

Leave me alone, Coach! LOL!!!!!
I use the saran wrap to induce sweating. It seems that no matter how much water or gatorade or powerade I drink, my sweating is minimal when I'm working out. BUT, I don't use saran wrap like you buy at the store. I have my homeys from out in the production area come to my office and wrap me up using shrinkwrap on the days I go straight to the gym after work. For some reason, Coach likes to poke fun at that. lol

but why? is it the idea of someone being wrapped in saran wrap or is it a visual of a chick being wrapped in saran wrap?

This and This is what my mind's eye sees when you mention saran wrap, and the fact that you have a group of guys from the warehouse rolling out troughs (I know that don't go together) of it with your legs hocked (I know that don't go either) up there ready to get wrapped seems like some freaky ish. Are these undocumented workers up there doing this? Cause they won't be complaining anytime soon about hostile work environments...
