Have you heard anything about the Supreme 90 Day workout. Due to the advertisements I'm assuming it's something like Insanity only cheaper. www.Supreme90Day.comNever heard of if. The quick and random exercises look like some of the things we are doing in boot camp. On another note I was able to get in a pair of my size 6 jeans Ha it's working! I just saw the advertisement last night. Yay for the jeans! Ghost!!! Great job!!!!! Proud of ya!!!

Other news: I'm not sure when I set this particular goal, seeing as I started the year with multiple resolutions and weight loss being mentioned nowhere among them....however, according to my calculations, I need to lose consistently at 2lbs/wk from now til December 31st to meet my year-end goal. Excellent! Congrats on your loss. Hope you do great with your maintenance! It always feels great when your doctor is impressed by your weightloss. Tell us what he says at your next visit Thanks! Will keep you posted, however, I'm unsure this joker will be impressed with much of anything...probably will only halfway notice...

Good job GRrrrrrr... stay focused!
So on another note we start each bootcamp session running. Ughhh everyone that knows me know that I hate sprinting/running/jogging. However, I have learned if I stop talking, keep my mouth closed, and focus mentally on my breath I can go longer distance AND the power is in the shoes. Make sure you are wearing an appropriate shoe that your feet like. I kept wondering why my ankles & bottom of feet hurt like hell. I was running in a cross-trainer and I was not breathing correctly. Little changes make big difference.

Little changes make big difference. I hate running too. I'm better at sprinting. Can you listen to music while you run? like an iphone or ipod? Music helps take my mind off of how much farther I need to go and after I've listened to a few songs the time has passed. You do start to realize how long a lot of songs really are though.

I can't sprint for ishhh. I was so not the athletic type growing up...hate being outside but I'm trying to stretch my range. Yep this is something else someone said do it listen to soothing music. Not fast tempo music but something real easy. That has helped alot too but I still ain't no marathon runner lol!

People running on treadmills scare me. I keep thinking they're gonna fly off or step down wrong and fall. I try to prepare myself to not laugh if it happens, but I'm not sure I can contain it.
On another note, my progress is even more visible than before. My face and torso are slimmer, my skin is healthier, and my latest pair of workout tights are now baggy. On top of that my Saturday morning Zumba instructor said, "Whatever you're doing, keep at it. It's working. Good job."
*BIG GRIN*

I've lost my love handles which is a good and bad thing. Good because it means I'm seeing results. Bad because I've been hiding behind those couple inches of fat for YEARS tryna front like I had hips, lol. Now everyone will know my secret!

made a cd of mid and up-tempo instrumentals. gonna create (read:record) "exercise/dance routines" and burn them to a disc for those days i don't make it to the gym. It's gonna be soooooo cool seeing and dancing along with myself on the television.
gotta make sure I keep that disc hidden though. I don't need any youtube slip-ups. lol

We're entertaining a major customer today. Lunch from Fazzoli's (their choice). All that pasta. All that bread. All that cheese. All calling my name.
I'm sad. Do I or don't I? Will I or won't I? Everybody gets a cheat day, right???

you'll feel good if you eat it. But you'll feel SOOO much better if you don't! Be walkin around the rest of the weekend talkin bout "man, I ain't even eff with that Fazzoli's!"
Then you could always do what I do...bargain with yourself, lol.
1. skip the lunch but also reward yourself by skipping the gym tonight. Paint your toenails instead
OR
2. eat the lunch, but before doing so, do your best to calculate the calories and promise to work off at least half of that IN ADDITION to your regular workout tonight

you lost me at the IN ADDITION. I'll go with skipping the lunch.
*sigh*
