right. not gonna worried about it. I knew it was coming. and although I DID make use of the resort's fitness facility (which was pretty nice btw) there was much more usage of the many bars and restaurants along Front Beach Street, not to mention all the cooking and margarita/berry wine slush making we did on our own back at the villa. We were some eating heffas this weekend. I consumber more alcoholc beferages this weekend than I normally consume in a month.

Just started with a personal trainer. So he took my measurements I was quite surprised. On my own this is my current Tues, Thurs, Sat Routine quick and easy
10 Exercises 1 Minute Each In sequence Non stop then I Switch to next exercise every 60 seconds
1- run in place
2- squats
3- push ups
4- burpees
5- MT. climbers
6- "V" crunch
7- Jump Split lunges
8- power jacks
9-plank rows
10- plank w/alt. hip extensions Rest for up to 90 seconds Repeat 1 or 2 more times. Who is sore is me... tried the at home Zumba had fun!

I hate that I'm even explaining this. BUT. I wasn't feeling challengeful back when u recommended it. I wasn't building monuments, I just didn't wanna. Then I started doing my own fitness solutions, which I preferred to the challenge-type situation. Then in May I DID do it. Then in June I unsubscribed (on account I entered kettlebell hell). Now, I'm back ready.

Good stuff Chalito!
I fell off a bit... out of town and then trying to adjust to my new schedule. BUT, I started losing weight, eating better, got off the crack (Atkins bars) and have seen some pounds disappear. Clothes are fitting a bit more losely. Woo hoo! I started back at the gym this week. Tonight was day 2.

Ok, Master Cleanse. Day 1. #pray4me Wasn't bad at all. I'm looking forward to today. I think these things work better when you're busy, that way you don't really notice that you aren't eating. My energy level remained surprisingly constant (and I didn't take a multivitamin or anything) If I still feel this good after work, I'm gonna see what the gym is hittin for!

Decided to stay up late boo-loving last night, so I was basically starving when I went to bed. Had to crank some decaf chai just to knock the edge off. I did the salt water flush this morning for the first time (the other days, I had just been drinking the "special" tea in the AM). Yeah, that was pretty wild. Basically couldn't leave the house for 2 hours.

So...I incorrectly assumed that because I wasn't buying meals or groceries that this cleanse would save me some money. WRONG! To keep my mind off eating, I bought 3 dresses in two days. Ran circles around the panini and green tea I would've otherwise bought on my lunch break, lol.
