Reign, I'm juicing with you today. Feelin a little hungry, so I'm gonna grab a banana in a few. Did kettlebell bootcamp this morning. Thankful to be alive.

Banana held me down. I felt stuffed by the time I finished it...to the point I didn't want to eat the last few bites. Been sipping on the cucumber, bok choy, spinach, ginger, aloe juice all day. Feeling pretty good so far. How you makin out, Reign?

Bible Study tonight so I'll miss my Zumba class. Gonna hit the gym afterwards and crank up the treadmill. I'm thinking 6.5 speed 10 incline for 45 then a 5.0 speed 15 incline for 45 . After that, weighted squats and lunges

I think my body is finally realizing I am playing bald headed games and its not going to get anything it wants anytime soon and its not happy... not happy at all...

Day 5... a couple of more hours and i'm transitioning... I'm not waiting until 12o'clock....
thoughts about the detox
1. this isn't for the mentally weak - the biggest struggle was trying not to talk myself into to getting food. It was so hard not to rationale why I can't go get some baked chicken (hmm just the thought)
2. Oddly, I have more energy. I'm not sure why since I'm running on no carbs but I do feel like i can go run a mille or two
3. Better Sleep.. over the past few days my sleep pattern has improved... that's a major plus
4. I feel lighter.. I'm not sure if its because I'm dizzy, lost weight, or cleanse...
all in all it wasn't bad... but i'm DEFINITELY not waiting until 12am to eat....

I decided to juice with you today, Papi since its your last day and all. Remember not to go overboard for your first solid meal. Maybe you wanna hold off another day before you eat a full serving of cooked meat. Consider fish or soup.

Boot camp killed me slightly less dead than usual. Still dead than a mug tho. Juicing today (red cabbage, carrots & watermelon)
