We go to Florida State's football stadium and do sprints on the field and run the bleachers (roughly 85 steps going up). We started going halfway. now we can complete one side of the stadium. Our goal is to run the entire stadium by summer's end. It is extreme cardio.

Nice, Reign and Chal! I'll be doing the two-a-days in Q4. I need to meet another 20-pound weight-loss goal before I take it to that level. Got a lil more fat I need to get rid of in order to make the toning/sculpting worthwhile. Think I'll do another 30-day cardio challenge in August (May's went pretty well). After that, I plan on doing some more drastic weightloss after my birthday and just working the rest of the year to maintain and tone. If the lawd willin and the creek don't rise, your girl is going out like this in Feb 2012

I'm on my juice jawn. Had tomato/carrot/celery/apple for breakfast. Handful of almonds and hot tea for my mid-morning. Presently enjoying a plain yogurt (sweetened w/Stevia), fresh fruit and granola parfait. Tonight, I'm planning to juice red cabbage/string beans/red grapes.
Circuit training tonight before bible study. May throw in a lil cardio if I have time.

I'm not a big scale and number guy, but i did happen to step on one this morning. I was quickly reminded why, only putting on 7 more pounds since Jan is frustrating....I thought for sure I would be able to put on 10 lbs by now. *sigh*

well, other than spending the first 15 minutes spread eagle on the floor when the second class ended and then durn near crawling to the exit to shuffle to the truck (which i had to climb up in like a 3 year old and that took most of the energy i had left) I think I did well

aww! Glad to hear it! I intended to just do some circuit training, but I felt like pushing myself. Hit the arc machine, cranked the resistance up to 25 (I normally do 15) and hit it hard for ~35 minutes. Felt pretty good about that. IDK when next I'll have time to go to Zumba, but I hope it's soon

my latest motivation:
The room where the classes are held is basically all glass and mirrors. 2 walls glass. 2 glass mirrors. So not only can everyone IN the class see your reflection, but people OUTSIDE the class can sit and watch you as well. And they do, stand there and watch I mean.
I refuse to look like a damn fool in front of all those people. lol

Made it to Zumba afterall. I did the entire class, but my energy level wasn't that high, so I don't think I got the best workout possible. Had I been more into I'da been kicking higher, shimmying faster, etc. No idea what impact that had on my calories tho. I'm just happy I got thru.

storm came rolling through so i didn't make it to Step. Put in the Zumba disk and shimmied (#noKappa) acoss my bedroom instead. To change it up a bit, threw in one of the Flirty Girl disks afterwards. Really couldn't get into it, but i did feel a little something.
