If God is perfectly good and holy and righteous...
Is Satan perfectly evil, therefore "perfect" in some way?

No...he's not perfectly evil, and the rest of the assumption is false?
or No...even though he's perfectly evil, he's not perfect?

Evil is a flaw or a defect, it is a departure from the state of equilibirum (which is good). Thus (at least in my construct) a thing cannot be perfect and evil - as perfection is a state without flaw or defect.
Perhaps it could be said that the devil is aboslutely evil - but not perfect.
Semantics do make a difference in this case.

What is the flaw or defect in Satan's evil?

Absolute evil, in my construct, is impossible to achieve.
Evil, as I see it, is the degree to which something deviates from God or His INTENT for their creation.
Therefore, storms that destroy hundreds of homes and communities are not evil. Snakes are not evil even when they bite.
The devil is not pure evil. He knows his place and functions within guidelines set forth by God and He cannot operate outside of those parameters. Because of his dependence on Gods existance for his own, he cannot be pure or absolute or PERFECT evil.
Absolute evil is impossible because it would have to be totally absent of, totally independent of and have no dependence on God for it's existance or action.
My quick opinion. I could be wrong but I just wanted to say something. LOL!

The evil itself is the defect. Asking can Satan be pefect in his evil to me is like asking can a pedophile be perfect in his pedophilia.
You are loathed to even imagine how it could be true. What you are going to end up arguing is relative perfection and not absolute perfection.
Perfecting a flaw is, at best, a relative perfection. It's only applicable within a narrow context. Remove the context and the pefection disappears.

he's thinking that he wants to eat the pancakes, but he cannot reach them. Judging by the flare of his whiskers, he is experiencing a passive form of rabbit anxiety called rabbilonitis which is characterized by random acts of eye twitching and biting people in the ankle. <===Definitely made up every word of ^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I can't tempt God. What could I possibly have that I could use to tempt God?
Think of it this way.. I can't be tempted with Chitlins. Why? Cause them shits is disgusting! So you coming up to me saying that you will give me a whole trough of chitlins if I just..... if useless.

To be honest you can't even put Satan and perfection in the same sentence unless you state he was and is jealous of God's perfection.

Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:

Just for the sake of Debate.... Yes Satan is perfectly Evil. When you deal in absolutes or opposites only the derivative can be used not how you got to it. Basically if something is against "God" no matter if they agree on somethings here and there you are against the absolute. Therefore if you are against the absolute then you are no absolute. If you are against perfection then you are imperfect. If you seek to destroy your opposite the fact that your goal has no bounderies allows you to be perfect if your aim.
So yes Satan is Perfect.

You said If you are against perfection then you are imperfect. So that means Satan is imperfect.
And by your logic is seems anything that is against God is perfect.
How about this.
only God is perfect.
God is perfectly good and God is perfectly evil. If something is able to be perfect at something, then that means God isn't perfect. If there's someone that is perfectly compassionate, perfectly righteous, perfectly etc. Then that means God is 2nd perfect compassionate, 2nd perfect righteous, etc. If thats the case why need God?
other point is There is not devil

If you have an Opposite it has to be absolute to be an opposite. Straw man here What is the opposite of Day.... Night is. Complete opposite. What is the opposite of Heads? Tails complete opposite. So when you have something that is the complete opposite then it is perfect within its construct.
