I'm for a longer, more public process....with more harsh penalties.
National offices wont have to buy toilet paper for a while. They will be wiping thier asses with the charters of dechartered chapters.....

I'm for a process that will intergrate grad and undergrad. Young and old learning together the true esssence and spirit of fraternity.

Troop -- actually we have been operating under a process just like that in Alpha for the last 10 years or so. Initiations conducted in areas/clusters that consist of college and alumni chapters within a particular radius. "Young and old learning together," and yes, we have seen the benefits. Those being initiated in the college chapters see that their initiation (and ritual) is the exact same as those being initiated into alumni chapters...ONE Alpha.
I hope that will continue even with a return to a more public initiation.
