I heard on the news Florida might get some wintry mix. Did you all get any Reign? I'm just seeing this.. We didn't get any snow.. it was just ridiculously cold (low 20s) ... I thought I was going to die... Yup i turned my heat on last night.

It's the weirdest ish I've ever experienced @ '91. One day it's 20 & raining, next day it's 78 with 90% humidity, day after that it's snowing. I HATE the weather here. UGH See? and people say there's no variety in the weather there. We didn't have a lot of 20's or snow when i was there but it did oscillate from hot to 40 on a dime.

Yeah, the snow was a rare sight, but the weather is all over the map. That what the week before it snowed looked like, pretty much. Just crazy.
Screws with my allergies & crap.

It's one thing to get weather where you expect it (tornados in the MW, snow in the NE, earthquakes in Cali). It's quite another to get assaulted with some unnatural ish like 20 degree weather in FL. That sucks.

Someone I went to college with that's also from Atlanta now lives somewhere up North. She said that snow will make the South shut down and they just get "how to" memos about walking and driving in the snow, LOL.

^^^That is exactly what has kept me from even looking past Kentucky for anything. It feels so good to walk outside in December or January with only a little fleece jacket.

I'm strong I just don't have strong skin lol You need the muscle and mental strength to handle the brutal winters. Not screaming and crying when a few flakes hit the ground. Entire city shutting down as a result. Now that is funny!

I love the way Northerners like to brag about being more resilient than everyone because of how they "endure" the cold.
Only, once the temp gets above 85 for more than a few days, folks start dying and crying about a heatwave.

#lies. The mid-Atlantic had its worst summer ever AND worst winter ever both in 2010. We gets it in all year long. Only, once the temp gets above 85 for more than a few days, folks start dying and crying about a heatwave. I thought the same thing the other day on FB. I hung around a girl from Chicago freshman year and just finally told her to shut up with that. When the temperature dropped she was as cold and as layered up as everyone else.

^^ LOL right they swear the cold is worse then heat. I don't know frost bite or a heat stroke while your skins is melting both are pretty serious.
