Phylicia showed her ass in that one! Man I love my Soror! Did you know that she was never recognized for an award for her role as Claire Huxtable? But she made history as the first black woman to win best actress at the Tony Awards in 2004.

lol Naw Rudy was diggin that Santana dude that played on Steve Harvey's show. I think Bud had it for one of Rudy's friends.
I would like to see A Different World reunion show. We need another black college show like that again. That so made me happy to be black and in college when that was on.

They couldve given Phylicia at least one Emmy!!! Phylicia is about tto appear on Bwy again in "Cat On a Hot Tin Roof". Her sister is directing,and James Earl Jones,Terrence Howard & Anika Noni Rose will be in the play also. Does anyone know when the televised version of "A Raisin in the Sun" will be on TV? Hopefully Phylicia can get an Emmy for that performance. |

Cosby and Different World were really popular when I was in college. I just remember the dorms and campus would be sooooo quiet on Thursday nights. Everyone was in their rooms watching these shows.

Oh hell yes!!!! LOL!! That episode, and the one where I thought she was gonna beat Rudy's li'l ass for wearing that "springtime" dress in the dead of winter AFTER she'd told her to take it off!!
I thought she was gonna knock the hell outta that girl, 'cause it looked like she forgot that she was on a TV show for minute!!
I love's me some Phylicia Ra....well....Ayers-Allen. She dumped Ahmad!!! :cool:
