*inspired by a comment made by Pep*
Does Greek mythology equal demonic/satanic activity or are they just harmless stories told over the centuries?

hmmm, I wouldn't call anything concerning false gods and idol worship to be "harmless."
However, I (and most people, even ethnic Greeks) consider the greek/roman (and otherwise pagan) mythological anthologies to be cultural stories that are interesting more for their literary value than anything else. I read them when I was younger, and am still relatively familiar with the gods and goddesses of this-and-that. They are quite useful for teaching as well (like our own fables). I would teach them to my child when I know they understand the difference between "god" and "God."

When you start worshiping these Gods and Goddesses then you have an issue. Other than that, they are just stories.

*waves at all in Pep inspired thread * This seems to be the basis of many Greek related= satan related arguments. Leja- is the mere acknowledgement of "gods" vs. God an indication of cultish beliefs?

I don't exactly understand your question, Pep. Are you asking whether acknowledging that other gods exist besides the one true, Almighty God indicates that one actually believes in/worships those other gods? If so, my answer is no. The Creator himself, acknowledged frequently in the Scriptures that he is the "most high" God. That is, even he recognizes that there are others.

Yes, Greek mythology is demonic. Freemasonry and The Order of Eastern Stars are demonic as well.
But guess what, only 144,000 people are going to heaven. You are probably not one of them, so continue with your demonic ways.

So, out of the billions of people on Earth, you say that billions are going to hell. That it's either heaven or hell, no in between? Can you expound on that please? Of course. That's why I do not see why more women don't wanna get them drunken orgies poppin' off. You a sinner, I'm a sinner, we all sinners...

Yes. There is no in-between. Either you are going to Heaven or Hell. There is no other alternative. That is how it is. You either aceept it totally or you reject it and suffer the consequences.

From a Biblical prespective, APIL would be correct about there being no in-between. I'm more curious about this 144,000

From a Biblical perspective, I don't see that. Which is why I asked him if he would explain his reasoning. And if you don't mind, could you explain yours?

^^^ In the Bible it does not mention there being an "in-between." You either enter the Kingdom or go to Hell. Specifically, Jesus says the only way to the Father is through Him. There are numerous references to the alternative which is not some unknown state.

The Bible also make references to a new Earth. If it were simply Heaven or Hell what would be the purpose. That's like saying out of BILLIONS of people on this earth after ALL THESE YEARS of existence, only 144,000 will make it. Nah. I can respect the way you were taught, but that's not what I get out of it.

Greek Mythology is remixed African History. In Homer's The Iliad and Odyssey he states that Zeus and Apollo are from Ethiopia. Hercules as described by homer was Black as night. Hermes is a bastardization of Tehuti. Most other Characters are based off of Kemet (Egyptian) and Nubian entities. I say greek mythology is a bastardization of us. Furthermore demons in folklore only served as intermediaries between Gods and Men. The evil stuff came later.

Greek Mythology by its very nature is demonic. Do the stories hold a Biblical Worldview? Absolutely not, therefore they are demonic by default. Example: Zeus giving birth to Minerva out of his head denies the creation model. It's the very reasons these gods were made up that makes them demonic. Where did Medusa come from? You know, I think the Apostle Paul witnessed Jesus to her, cut her snakes, grew some real hair, and became human. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The next issue is her very brith. INCEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When yo take mythology to its very origins, you will find that it is strictly unbiblical. You will find things such a MAAT. Pure Evil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When yo take mythology to its very origins, you will find that it is strictly unbiblical. You will find things such a MAAT. Pure Evil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Certainly the greeks added faggotry to the ancestors knowledge and bastardized everything. Medusa was taken from Metusa a Libyan Oracle who actually had dread locs and not snakes. Now you mentioned MAAT you DO realize that MAAT is the basis for your Holy Spirit right? Hell MAAT the grand Oracle is the basis for all of the European secret societies. It is she who they seek "Wisdom" from in secret. It's so cloak you can't see it though. You have to break down the symbolism. It's real simple... Don't think the greek freaks stole Tehuti turned him into Hermes, pushing forward hermeticism which gave rise to all of their secret societies and turned a blind eye to his counterpart... MAAT i.e. Divine WISDOM. Or shall I say Tehuti was her counterpart. So to does christianity sit right at her feet though they bastardize her too in the bible, the pistis sophia, the apocalypse of Adam, etc etc etc. You don't have a clue do you?

I know right Leja! He remind of this guy on the History Channel during a documentary on KKK, " we are not against other cultures. We have our own culture, and the other cultures aren't like ours which therefore can be seen as harmful to ours." I immediately thought of Denounce because they both stay on the side of extremist. SMH. So I guess Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc is seen as demonic because they are religion neutral. SMH.
