Had a great time with the Bruhz, really wish I was a delegate this year though.
The most fun I've had at the Clave without breaking the seal on a Magnum.
I always wonder why women love da Bruhz because we can really be over the top but I have been to evey Clave since N.O in 1998 and this was by far the most women that I have ever seen.
Question for the Ladies:
How you gonna be half butt-nekkid around the Bruhs and not expect us to be extra- friendly? What dog could refuse all that Alpo? Evey big booty heifer within 200 miles must have been in Raleigh Fri and Sat night.
An Observation:
Black women are by far the finest of the Female species. They get two Roos and a snap.
Least creative line heard from a Bruh to a female: "What that thing smell like"?
The AKAs made a mint off their party for the Bruhz.
You have got to feel sorry for the naivete of Caucasians when it come s to the Bruhz. The poor hotel staff, guests, and white citizenry of Raleigh. I guess they are going "who knew"? right about now.
Chi Theta (Florida State) got robbed at the stepshow. Those Bruhz were phenomenal. Nu Psi was good but it was a recycled show that they have been doing for 20 years. Big ups to the Bruhz from Yale and Dartmouth who unexpectedly rocked. Buffalo and the Military Bruhz did their thing as well.
Met the Bruh from the Chris Brown "Deuces" video. Pretty cool bruh even though he was very Kappa-ish. Walked around like everyone was supposed to know who he was.
Lastly, if you are a GDI or a guy who is unhappy that his girl is attracted to the Bruhz, discretion is the better part of valor. Its not your time to shine, break bad, or prove your manhood. It can only end ugly (and it did). Now your pride is hurt and your girlfriend has (had?) a man with no teeth or skin on the left side of his face. You got drug Homie!!

Anyway I had a great time. Candidates from our district weren't able to prevail but if there's any consolation, we had a number of good candidates for each position to pick from across districts. When everything's said and done it's lot's of districts, lot's of chapters, but there's still only one Frat. Learned a few interesting items during the plenary. Hit me up Bruhz if you want to hear about it. |

When ESSENCE included the Omega Psi Phi Frast Inc Conclave as a "great place to meet Black Men" in an issue earlier this year, I knew-I JUST KNEW Raleigh was going to be crazy for ya'll. As for your Frat who got arrested/charged you can clearly see from his mugshot that he's so inebriated that he doesnt look like he KNOWS WHAT'S HAPPENING to him. I want EVERYONE to STAY SOBER in situations like this 'cuz "they" are waiting for someone to mess up. This was exactly in the area where the clave was - I was sitting out there right on those ledges and it was a beautiful sight. As a matter of fact... don't know if you notice, but it's the older Bruhz that break up this fight. apparently it just happened.
