For an individual sport? I might agree. I would have put Tiger up that but he's been faltering lately.

Well yea. Tiger would be in that conversation also...
I find it difficult to argue the most dominating athlete on a team oriented sport.

This is an interesting conversation: Many consider Federer to be the best tennis player ever, and some say the most dominating individual athlete ever, but he has a losing record head to head against Nadal (who's probably about to take over the #1 spot in tennis). I think Nadal has like a 13-7 edge against Federer head to head. If Federer is the best tennis player ever, what does that say about Nadal?

Hmmmm... maybe it's one of those things were styles make fights. Maybe it's true of sports too. Sometimes there's just that one dude that has your number.
