Is there any official or unofficial Statute of limitations regarding pledging and hazing. Can you be suspended years after the fact? Are you ever safe if you pledged underground after 2000?

I'm just saying, are the any examples of an org suspending a member or chapter like a year or two after the fact?
Hating doesn't have a statute of limitations. shit never stops.

Now, I've known of a grad chapter that looked into a line at a ugrad chapter that supposedly pledged like a year later, but nothing never came of it.

Not on any of the state books. I'm not aware of any organizational policy to that effect, either.

THANKS, THEN NIGZ NEED TO HOP OFF Not my org but my advice to you is that you NEED to hop on. A chapter can get suspended for anything if you allow your org to. Get out of your rit and history book and dive face first into your ORGS constitution and bylaws. damn what your state says. If you had done so.... this thread wouldn't have been created.

I appreciate what you trying to say but my post was moreso on an unofficial statute. And if anyone know of any cases where an Org went after a person or chap years after the fact.
