I don't think I have seen people so thoroughly and willfully ignorant in my life. How do you debate with this? The answer: you don't. A person who decides his/her reality is in no need of facts or evidence to support it, will not be swayed by facts and evidence.

Who is the "they" ? "End of life in America? Damie, as you said, "Don't bother debating a tea bagger. These people have no thoughts of their own. They are jumping on a band wagon and really can't describe what hey are angry about. One guy had the nerve to tell the interviewer that he was misinformed. Don't we all work hard for our money? Don't we all pay our utilities? C'mon, they need to admit that they hate our president just because he is a man of color and nothing else. White people are just so afraid that they are now in the minority.

Corporate America is getting a good return on their investment. Tea Party members, God bless'em, are pawns in this game. These are working class folks fighting for lower corporate taxes, flat tax implementation, abolishing governement agencies like the EPA, Dept. of Education, etc...all in the name of "Getting their country back!"
What they want is for everyone to pay the same amout in taxes and then bootstrap themselves up into the ranks of the upper income Americans.
Sadly, this all assumes that when corporations or small businesses make more money they will pass that money down to their employees. It also assumes that companies will do the right thing in providing opportunities for their employees even if they aren't forced to.

Wait, wait, get rid of the Department of Education, Social Security, etc.? These folks are looney. I don't know about the rest of ya'll, but I'm getting the biggest tax return ever. Dude who said he hadn't seen it, you'sa lie and the truth ain't in ya'. I had a praise dance when I saw how much I'm getting back. These folks are idiots, which is who the Republican party caters too anyway.
I did notice that their little demonstration wasn't as crowded as you think it would be. Quite interesting indeed.

I'm glad you all are seeing the quality of misinformation out there. I think some of this is drug enduced paranoia mixed with pre-determined guilt.

When they say all those who come here "illegally" does that include them to? I mean they came to this country and jack the Native Indians for every damn thing they had. Then killed a lot of them. Nobody told them they had to be checked for diseases and to make sure they weren't murders.

Don't know much about this movement, but every generation has extremist groups on both sides. Care to mention any on the liberal side of this whole issue. How about the Democratic National Platform for starters? Although I am on their side, pro-life democrats are a fringe group in their own party.
Obama cannot govern, which is why he has clearly violated his oath to follow the constitution. You want examples, hit me in the PM.
I think I should write a book entitled, "Why Did It Take Eight Days- Liberal Bias of a Socialist Media"
