I will go first...and mine is based soley on peronal feelings and probably not a REAL reason... that Frankie Muse Freeman... she wouldnt take a picture with me unless I bought her book! HA! The nerve.. you were A president, not THE president! Thats why aint none of your books selling!

True, some have not been as dynamic as others, but each of them brought something to Alpha that will be recorded in history as their legacy to this august body. Pres. Skip Mason will (I believe) be known for bringing an "old school" sense of pride, and a renewal for the appreciation of our image and name back to Alpha. I think his knowledge of Alpha history, and Black History in general and his connections with so many people from so many fields of endeavor (religion, education, the arts and entertainment) will contribute to that. |
