I will give you all a hint, although you may already have and already know what's up. Anyway, the Rice Cup was a consortium of Five or so states, and a number of Democratic Representatives that used their influences to starve black Americans, while making it appear they were trying to help the poor blacks. The psychological cat and mouse somehow gave the party black loyalty by doing what dems do best, the blame game.

The Rice Cup has found a new home. The states are different, the results are somewhat different, but the overall purpose in the same. Iowa and Illinois receive the highest farm subsidies. How many of these farmers do you think are black? How much share of the money do you think they get?
Then go look up the class action suit farmers won in 1999. 3 or 4 of the states most of the farmers received settlements from were the Rice Cup states. Guess what party the Ag Secretary was during the time of cheating black farmers during that time. Now as I stated before, I know some Republicans are involved, but Dems are just dirty rotten on the down low haters of blacks.

The Asian countries of Vietnam, Thailand, Burma, Laos, and Cambodia are known as the Rice Bowl of the world. The 5 states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and California are known as the Rice Cup. Prior to 1960 the 5 rice bowl countries raised most of their own rice. We participated in a war in these countries that knocked out their capacity to produce enough rice to feed their own people. The Senate and Congressional representatives from the rice cup states not only hold the reins of power in the U.S. government but they represent the most openly prejudiced areas of the United States. They also represent the segment of the population that gained the most profit from both the wars in Asia and the one against Blacks in America.

Mr. Yette begins this section reporting on Congressman Bob Poage from Texas. He chairs the House Committee on Agriculture. This is a man who believed that owners of large farms should get unlimited payments from the federal government not to grow food. At the same time he wants to deny a poor welfare recipient $30 a month for food stamps. Congressman Poage said, " He’ll probably buy liquor, pot, or those sort of things." He referred to the needy as being like drones in a beehive and points out that drones are killed when they have out lived their usefulness. While Congressman Poage is making these types of statements Texas leads the nation in the size of farm subsidy payments and in the number of poor people who can’t get on welfare. Texas farmers who didn’t produce food were paid $457,205,687 in 1967. Now let's see what this man's political affiliation is, William Robert Poage served as U.S. Representative from Texas' 11th Congressional District from January 3, 1937 until his resignation on December 31, 1978 (75th-95th Congresses). His service coincided with an era of great influence for Texas and southern congressmen both on Capitol Hill and in the Democratic Party. www.baylor.edu/lib/poage/poage/index.php?id=56152

The Rice Cup and its tactics come full circle with the new Shirley Sherrod Scandal. I will continue to post thing about the Rice Cup, but when I heard about the new scandal involving Shirley Sherrod, I had break it in here. It has to do with a lawsuit, but more so with farm subsidies.
Cam- I know you said, "Texas", but guess how much money was given to farmers in Illinois in 2008? More than twice the number above. $1.02 Billion dollars

His service coincided with an era of great influence for Texas and southern congressmen both on Capitol Hill and in the Democratic Party. www.baylor.edu/lib/poage/poage/index.php?id=56152Not only are the five rice cup states the largest, most important farming areas in the United States their government representatives plus those of the neighboring states control virtually every key committee in both houses of congress.
The Rice Cup states control ten out of sixteen standing Senate committees and seven out of twenty one standing House committees. Of these 21 House committees rice cup representatives control 7 out of the 11 most important. I will supply you with those names, committees, and party affiliations. A comparison is drawn between the manner in which the rice cup elite make Asians buy rice at prices set by the U.S. and white businessmen in the U.S. make Black Americans pay more for services, products, food, and education. These racist white folks set whatever price they want. Mr. XYZ calls this, "typical colonial policy." He goes on to compare the actions of whites in St. Clair County, Alabama when a group of Moslems bought land there with the actions of rice cup whites when South Vietnam wanted to buy rice from Taiwan. The Moslems in Alabama had their lives threatened, their cattle poisoned, and their pasture defoliated by local whites. The people of South Vietnam had their lives threatened by warring factions of three governments, their animals shot, and their lands defoliated by U.S. planes. The second half of this section is a detailed account of the aforementioned Senator Ellender’s successful effort to stop South Vietnam from buying rice from Taiwan. Among the many actions and threats he leveled at all who came before him Sen. Ellender sliced $658 million from U.S. foreign aid to the rice bowl countries plus USDA Secretary Hardin raised price supports to U.S. farmers. Oh! Does the USDA, Shirley Sherrod, and price supports (subsidies) ring a bell?

Now here is an interesting twist............ A Republican with the same agenda as ALL these democrats. You must listen to the audio. This is what I mean by AGENDA. This was BEFORE Roe v. Wade. NIXON Tape #697-29 Nixon: “A majority of people in Colorado voted for abortion, I think a majority of people in Michigan are for abortion, I think in both cases, well, certainly in Michigan they will vote for it because they think that what’s going to be aborted generally are the little black bastards.” NIXON TAPE 700-10 Nixon: ” … as I told you and we talked about it earlier, that a hell of a lot of people want to control all the Negro bastards.” Unidentified Staff: “Yeah“ Nixon: “Isn’t that really true?“ Nixon: “You know what we are talking about – Population Control?” Unidentified Staff: “Sure“ Nixon: “We’re talking really – and what John Rockefeller really realizes – look, the people in what we call the “our class” control their populations. Sometimes they’ll have a family of six, or seven, or eight, or nine, but it’s an exception." saynsumthn.wordpress.com/2009/06/24/nixon-aborted-are-the-little-black-bastards/
