What are some of the best you've seen? This intro by far is great. I give props where props are due, and the Deltas at this chapter did the dog gone thing.
The outfits set it off.
Post some or tell us about some you've seen.

I can’t view this Delta video at work but I’m sure it’s hot.
Personally speaking for the Frats, I dig the probates that come off a little more intense, and “less polished” so to say. Now I do get that a lot of lines these days are already “finished” before they are presented to the public. I also get that routine practice probably results in a better execution of the presentation. But I also think sometimes the over-preparation of these lines takes something away from the emotion and real time intensity of the moment. Again, this probably has more to do with the nature of lines being done way in advance of their probate.
But back in the day, we (as well as other lines on the yard) were still actually on-line “during” our probate. So in essence, we weren’t overly worried about impressing the huge crowd that came out or the cheering and yelling they were doing. We were more so worried about correctly and precisely performing all of our info, history, greetings, songs and pledge steps as we always did for our big brothers who were watching intensely – truly not knowing if we were heading back to the shop immediately afterward or not. Shoot, other than our bricks, we still couldn’t even touch anything that had APA on it.…let alone wear nalia to the probate. We simply weren’t done yet and as my dean would say “It’s not over till I grip you and say it’s over”. But for the most part regarding probates, I like the less is better approach. Less theatrics & props – Just tell the story through your intensity. Just one man’s opinion though.

Yeah I agree I'd rather hear info with lots of enthusiasm. I did however run across this coming out show. These women were very crunk. damn lol. I will say this though I don't like real big lines whether its frat or sorority but when a big line is tight the chit comes off fire.

My friend's probate show was great. I didn't know him at the time though, LOL. I think he was Fall 02 or Spring 03 or something. I couldn't find any youtube videos.

LOL..this thread makes me think of this one probate I saw back in UG.... We were road tripping to another school and after a campus party, another Frat was having a probate on their yard. This Frat's chapter came out, their visiting Frat were there, the crowd was out and the line was going through their probate performance. Problem was, the line was messing up HORRIBLY on everything. Dudes ain't know their greetings, they couldn't recite their info in-synch, etc. I mean, this was a pathetic performance, almost as if this line had been thrown together the night before. Well the members just stopped the probate and marched the line back into the cars and left. So most of the crowd was confused but most of the Greeks there were thinking, they was just going back to an undisclosed location to recieve some get right or get some proper motivation. So we all chilled and waited. But these cats never came back. 50 minutes later, like 2 members came back and told the crowd "The probate is over...The boys arent coming out tonight. We apologize - They are just not ready." HUH- Your chapter didn't learn that on your own in private before bringing them out to embarrass you in front of your whole yard in public? FAIL (and exposed) LOL...as bad as it sounds, it looked even worse.
