Hey OOAers
I need help. I am looking to make a career change from Social Services into Business/Corporate. Now I have not fully decided what area of business, but am leaning closer to health care administration than anything else. The problem I am having is determining how to make the move. I am in administration/management in Social Services field but I was trying to determine if I enter the business field entry level like an Administrative Assistant or use my management experience to start somewhere else. I have no "business" experience perse but in my current position I oversee many areas of the administration side of social services. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated...I am burned out with Social Services...

Transfer over to the business side of the mental health care field. Big business there

Thanks VP,
I think that is sort of my strategy, the hang up is how to get there. I have a Bachelor's and have probably moved as far as I can without going to get a master's in the Social Services field. Even though I am planning to start a master's program in the fall, it will not be social services related so what I need to know is given your suggestion, would I be forced to start entry level or is there a way to enter that area somewhere in the middle...
