Alls I have to say is that you're cool like the chick I used to kick it with back in high school, but you clearly have your head in the right place. I wish I had a homie like you in college.

LOL. Actually no, life brought about growth. I was the baby and was spoiled rotten. Not until I met my ex did I have to grow up! Why, because when he moved in, mom & dad was like we were taking care of you, not you and him, so I had to grow up! LOL Anyway, other things since then have happened since then that made me grow up; bad relationships, loss of jobs, miscarriage, loss of my father, school taxes... etc! However, throughout, I have really learned how to pick my battles. I try to see the good side in everything. I have learned if you wear your feelings on your shoulders, they only have farther to fall! You will run yourself raged... Its take more energy to be mad and upset than it does to just get over it. I actually kind of miss the days when I didn’t have a care in the world… |
