Naw just sometimes when chicks say from the bathroom "Okay I'm done" and I come around the corner getting the subtle top shot of the thong/boy shorts as she hasnt totally finished securing her jeans. Then I get the "Opps I'm sorry and slight grin.. Man I would love to be unprofessional for one moment.

Some customers have unrealistic expectations of what good customer entails and that it has limits...then they get surprised when they push people beyond that limit and figure out that the employee is human...

I might be that annoying customer sometimes, lol.
There were 15 of us the last time we went out to eat and the waitress didn't write anything down. She handed us a bill with everything on it and then started to get an attitude when we asked for it to be separated. We aren't loud and crazy acting and we were very patient with her but her attitude caused us to get an attitude. I understand that the restaurant is new and that she should have had help but that's not our fault. And I'm not about to put up with your funky attitude for something that's not my fault.

Great customer service is recognized IMMEDIATELY. However, when I get piss poor customer service I AM THAT ANNOYING CUSTOMER! I can be a classy bitch beyond belief. I don't get loud or indignant but I have no problem requesting to see a manager or simply not paying it or paying full price for a service, if it's a product I will probably just not buy it and if I'm in a restaurant I will either leave, not tip or again, ask to see the manager because you are going to take something off my bill and THAT'S FINAL!

I used to work in the service industry...I just came to learn that some customers just have bad days, and take it out on the first person they come in contact with. Especially if they have been in "automated hell" for a long period of time. So when I used to get a upset customer, I would first try not to put them on hold, and handle their issue quickly. Get them in and out!

I thought those rooms were made differently? I thought they still had a door but just no flush, no sink, etc? I know one thing...the next maintenence man that walks in my apt without making sure no one is there is gonna catch a book, a hammer, a knife or something! apartment complexes are the devil. |
