I tried to avoid it, but it's been an hour and the only activity is Ghost bumping old threads. So here it is another one of my personal threads. I honestly can't think of a mini topic. My brain is on freeze. I have too much to do.
Ehhh but maybe I should talk about this new phenomenon: MsUrbana using the word
It seems as if I've picked it up along my travels here on OO-OOA. Before I became a posting member, I'd probably used the word 3 times in my life. Now I use it at least 3 times a day.
Everything and every one is a hoe.LOL I actually called one of my boo's coworkers (males) a lyin hoe. LMAO. He told...why I don't know. LOL
I typically do not use the word based on what it's commonly known for... Anyone who gets on my nerves is a HOE. Anyone who lies, and therefore subsequently gets on my nerves is a Hoe. Anyone acting out is a hoe.
Qualification: you mostly have to be breathing and doing something I don't like...and you TOO will be a hoe.
Eh....I've been trying to erase it out of my vocubulary, but I can't find anything less poignant, yet equally or more effective.
This is stressing me. Help. LOL

First of all you are a hater. I just thought you should get acquaited with that aspect of yourself. LOL Since you are also a supporter(when you feel like it) I will entertain this topic briefly.
1. More than one person has exalted me.
2.Maybe the others are like me and do not feel the need to smite someone--only exalt.
3. I exalt people constantly, maybe they have returned the favor.

I guess you are right, but it seems like I am starting to make a hobby out of it.
I wonder how I look in my sleep. I wonder if I have a stank face on, because some of those dreams I have...BOY OH BOY. LOL I always seem to struggle in my dreams... LOL it's all about some struggle.
The caption of the book says it's about 3 women coming together for their sorority sister's wedding. They all make a vow to find their soul mate in a year. I've heard of it before. I thought it was a bit on the cheesy side.
However, I found out Angela Burt-Murray (E-I-C of Essence) is a co-author. I really admire her work with Essence, her perspectives (See Michael Baisden After Dark-- Why do women..") and she co- wrote the Angry Black Woman Guide, and other things she's done. I know pretty much everything she touches turns gold. LOL So Im thinking it may be a great book.
I shall see. I should be done in about 3 days max.
I rarely get to read fiction either . So I decided to set aside some me time--to read.
