I ran it last year and I HATE YAHOO. <---handed out Freeasswhoopins to people's Stepdads on ESPN last year I remember the year prior to that...where you didnt do too good in the ESPN league i had set up. LOL |

ok, well first of all...it was your mom who auto-selected Matt Stover for me. Second of all, ESPN know they triflin for allowing her to select Matt Stover's homeless place-kickin azz. Shoulda disabled his link or something, lol

You pick a roster of players (offense in our league) from around the league, and they generate points (or in some cases lose points) based on their real-life performance. For example: Peyton Manning throws for 300 yards, 2 td's, with one interception. 1 point per 25 yards = 12pts 6 points per touchdown = 12pts -2 points per interception = -2pts Peyton Manning's point total = 22pts And it goes down the list from there, where each position has different point categories. For defense, you pick an entire team's defense (i.e. Saints team defense/special teams), and their points decrease on a scale as they give up more points in real life. The defense can gain points through sacks, fumble recoveries, touchdowns scored, or interceptions. You will be matched up against another league manager each week for 12 weeks (I believe it's 12 in our league). The object is to score more than the other person. Pretty simple to understand once you actually get going. |
