This is a post PrinceHall06 posted on g9. I was wondering why he hadnt come over.. I gave him the link the other week. Oh well...
Not that anyone asked, but as a former OOer, I prefer this site to OO...there are issues but seemingly there is a balance between the comical and the serious. On OO, every other topic is on the perceived "evils" of pledging, and the fact that most people cant diffrentiate between pledging and flat out hazing for the sake of beating ass. I think the vast majority of people on OO either went grad chapter and are slightly envious of people that pledged and/or have a skewed/brainwashed idea of pledging I like the fact that most G9 people are willing to listen to your argument or position and while they may not agree with it they at least listen. I know that most if not all OOers have left, gone to a "new" OO & thats cool....if they read this they will probably be pissed, but I could care less...umm straight over here

I tried G9 and I found it to be mad lame. It appears to me that PrinceHall06 might like G9 better because people act like they care what he is saying...and it's all good. As far as the comment about people who went grad being envious of those who "pledged", he's making the ASSumption that all people who went undergrad pledged, and that all people who went grad didn't pledge. At any rate, what is there to be envious of? Pledged or not, a member is a member. JACKASSERY at it's finest...just my 06 cents worth.

Does anyone know how old he is? What he wrote above totally went against something he wrote on OO a long time ago and that totally went against some other stuff I know of.
I guess if all he wants to talk about is being pledged (which wouldn't surprise me) then he should stay over there with all that extra.

I also gave him the new OOA link. If he's fine over then, then cool. I do think he's too old to be kicking it with UG's and recent grads but that's just may be me!

Dah, well.
People want to be around others of like minds. He is pro-pledging in all it's glory and that's fine.....more power to him. If im ever in Meofis, i'll buy him a drank.
G9 is better for him. It was entirely too juvenile for me. To each his/her own.

I am registered on G9 but it was too much like trying to navigate a mine field. I also would have thought that he is too old to be hanging with a bunch of undergrads and still talking about pledging.  |
