Since Osiris isn't here to re-create this thread, I'll do the honors...
WTF...on my way home today, why did I see a police disturbance at a Popeye's and upon further investigation, the subject that the police were trying to detain was in a wheelchair...to make matters worse, why did he keep rolling the wheelchair back and reving up on their asses...now mind you it is snowy and icy here so it was only a matter of time before one of them fell or he spun out...but the light changed so I didn't get to see how it played out...

LOL, I don't know what they were saying, I think they were just confused...I mean really how do you arrest someone who is in a wheelchair? You have to pick him up to put him in the car but how hard is that when he is resistant in the most unique way...

another WTF?!?! is where are all of these people coming from in these wheelchairs anyway and why don't people push them around anymore...I'm thinking back to when I was a child and the population of people in wheelchairs has definietly grown but the population of those willing to push the wheelchairs has definitely decreased...WTF

Ok is it a bad thing that I am cracking up? Have you noticed that a lot of the more recent wheelchair sightings have involved some one doing something deviant? I think the wheelchair is the newest low-life accessory.
