They are doing better.... we had to take Bug to the ER two weeks ago, and she's been slowly getting better.

The kids are good, have some sickness for a couple of weeks, but they are much better. They think Bug has severe asthma.... Now my dad is in a bad way. He needs a lung transplant, but his heart is so damaged that even a transplant doesn't guarantee much. He told me last me flat out... "_______ if I don't get a lung transplant I'm gonna die soon. And I don't want to die sitting in this house"........ so he attempted to go back to work today..... |

It wasn't a good day... he made it to his classes.. but his oxygen tank malfunction and his little scooter (wheelchair type deal) lift didn't work right. He was pretty exhausted when I went by there after work.
And I continually pray for my mother's strength in this. We've had some serious family discussions about his care, but she is the one truly shouldering the burden. She is strong and will not let her husband of 31 years go down without a fight.

I will be praying for your father, mother, you and the rest of the family. It's extremely hard when a loved one is ill. You all are in my thoughts.
