God has revealed Himself to the entire world through His creation. But this revelation or declaration does not mean recognition or relationship.
Psalm 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
Psalm 104 is clear that His creation is a testimony to ALL men.
The Bible itself IS GOD SPEAKING TO ALL HUMANITY. NO other book is written in as many languages. Though the message was centralized, even those who were not Jews were heard by God and answered. Even though the message was centralized, not all shared in that benefit. How many people actually heard, saw, and spoke with Jesus, but never accepted Him as Lord?
When you look at the region where it is claimed that God spoke to most people in the Old Testament, it is the region that most rejects Him now. But people came from afar to hear Solomon's Wisdom. There were many wars where Jews were taken into captivity. God spoke through them, but their (the captor's) gods spoke though them as well. So God's speaking was not isolated to the Middle East.
How crazy is this? Gabriel tells Mary that you are going to carry the Son of God in your womb.
This same Angel reveals to Muhammad that Jesus is only a prophet, NOT THE SON OF GOD. The devil was speaking in the Middle East and other places as well in the Old and New Testament
