Okay did anyone on the board see this movie? I watched it today. I kept thinking that the fake preacher guy should have been nominated for an oscar for supporting actor. What was his deal? He creeped me out every time he was on the screen so it left a lasting impression. All his shreiking and jumping around was, well, different.
I have to say Daniel Day Lewis really transforms himself in the roles. When you see him on screen he looks totally different then when he's not acting... like today on the Oscars I was amazed that he's the same guy from Gangs of New York and There Will Be Blood. He looks younger IRL, I guess.

I never even heard of it until they started talking about it before the awards. Was it in theaters, or is it now?

It's still in theaters... I mainly went to see it because of all the buzz about Daniel Day Lewis. He was good and carried the entire film and pretty much had constant screen time. It wasn't one of my favorite movies, but that freako preacher kid gave me the heeby jeebies.
I do kinda want to see No Country for Old Men.
