DAMMIT! I CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH SEARCH! Loves the Ayers Rock Strip at Outback but will not be able to look at it the same ever again  It's amazing how many calories they hide. Went to a restaurant called Mimi's down here and had a salad with balsamic viniagrette. Really wanted the 1000 island but I was trying to live right. Checked the nutritional info when I got back to my desk and the BV was over 350 calories! I may as well have had the good stuff. It's trickery i tell ya  |
