I thought about this at 1 am Sunday morning while sitting in my den with the windows up, the storm blowing trees back and forth across my back yard and I had no power. It was actually pretty peaceful.
Anyway....
Would you elect Jesus as President of the United States? What would his policies look like? Foreign? Domestic?
What would his take be on Supreme Count appointments? Federal Court Judges?

Man, Jesus would get less votes than Lil Wayne at a KKK Talent festival...lol.
His economic policy would be quasi communistic, his moral standpoint would be absolute and his foreign policy would be more of the same.
The character of Jesus never seemed interested in the least in earthly government affairs. In an age where he was expected to be an earthly King and restore Jerusalem, much like the Maccabees that preceded him, he repeatedly stated that his kingdom was not of this world.
But to humor you, yes, I've vote for my man JesuChristo if his name was on the ballet.

While in heavy contemplation I came to the personal conclusion that:
1. Jesus would never run for president
2. If he did, I couldn't vote for him.

Because Congress would re-crucify him over fiscal policy (socialist agenda), foreign affairs (focus on diplomacy), abolishing the military, etc...
We'd get taken over by China or Russia in a heartbeat!

I agree. I don't think He'd be concerned with earthly politics.
