The biggest reason Republicans lost the House and Senate was buyers remorse from those swing voters who voted for Bush in 2004, not realizing that the GOP's promise of protection and sanity were washed away in Katrina and the rush to privatize social security. The GOP is now tuned up for a replay of the 2004 strategy, but all they have left of that coalition is their white conservative male base. The minorities are all gone. The women have left them. Moderates have moved on. Elections in America are not won by James Dobson and Pat Robertson acting alone, no matter how they try to sell that to you.

Maybe not, Obama has raised 8 million dollars since Palin spoke. The RNC has raised 1 million. She has galvanized the Democrats and Independents to rally around Obama.

The article suggests that the negative attacks on Obama would rally those would support Obama Prissy.
And he hasn't raised8 million....
...he's raised 10 million from 130,000 donors.

You all still think the negative attacks by the McCain ticket are working? Do you see hundreds of thousands of Americans putting their MONEY where their vote is? Still think the Democrats aren't up to the task? Still worried that people are going to fall for the same tricks of the last 8 years?

I heard that silly sista that works for the Washington Post, Tara Wall or whatever her name is, falling in line with the other talking heads and repug pundits ranting and raving about how great this trailer park girl Palin is.
BUT, then in the same breath, she stupidly (but honestly) made some mention like "and once they can get her some MEDIA TRAINING, she'll be fine in interviews." Excuse me!!! This girl was the governor of the land of polar bears and caribou and she has no media training? You mean she didn't get that experience at the Wasilla smoke house and town hall?
Whatever happens, I pray that Ms. Wall and the thick-gummed "tom" out there in Hollywood Larry Elder never get together and procreate. That is one frightening prospect!!
