Palin's Foreign Policy Credentials

I wrote the other day that a Palin spokeswoman said trips to Germany, Kuwait and Ireland made up her foreign travel.

Two details worth clarifying:

The Ireland trip was a refueling stop on her trip to military installations in Germany and Kuwait, spokeswoman Maria Comella said.

And she's also visited Canada, another spokesman, Ben Porritt, says.


R O T F L - she's been to ONE more foreign country than I have - yeah - let's make her a VP selection. That makes sense.

I gotta find that Fox News clip where the anchor said that since Alaska is close to Russia, that counts as foreign policy experience.

But wait, it gets worse, Cindy McCain then goes on one of the Sunday talk shows and repeats it. Let me try to find those clips...

They are so desperate right now it's ridiculous. She lived next to Russia therefore she has foreign policy experience?

I live next to the beltway - so now I have highway construction experience... does that one make sense either?
