Okay let me ask.....Could his report make or break her as far as her candidacy? I mean if actually had everything thing to do with this "state trooper" thing then wouldn't that be some sort of a ummmm "Charge"?

I think the report is due to come out at the end of October, a few days before the election. They want to stall this whole thing until after the election, thinking maybe the voters will forget about it.
