More good news about Biden... He is known as one of the poorest in the Senate. After all those years, if he was corrupt, he would be rich by now. www.electoral-vote.com/Biden's Finances Now that Joe Biden has been selected as the Democratic Veep candidate, his finances are newsworthy. Here are his Senate financial disclosure forms for 2005 and 2006 (anybody know where later forms are?). In 2005 Biden earned $292,030 from his Senate salary, some teaching, and book royalties. In 2006 he earned $185,700 total. He is known as one of the poorest members of the Senate. Oddly enough, that is likely to be a plus this year as he will argue that he understands what life is like for ordinary Americans a lot better than McCain, who has 10 houses. Geez, if that's poor, then I'd like to be poor. Hmm, thus far, I'm satisfied with Obama's pick. I've read up on Biden. He's messed up occasionally in the past, but I like most of his ideologies. Alot of ppl say Biden isn't the best pick, but he's a very good pick. So, I see this like any game of cards. This is the hand Obama has, and it's his and his campaign's job to play the hell out of it.
