How much time can each of you dedicate to the board?
It wouldn't make much sense to have a male mod who can only be on Fridays from 2-2:15...

Well, the board is blocked at my job, so I wouldn't be able to get on while I'm there...but I can get on at any time when I'm not at work.

Will you be fair when it's needed to be enforced, and will you not be biased when making decisions for the board? Yes I will be fair and honest in enforcing board policy. Decisions will not be biased in anyway. All decisions will be made with all facts available and with the general welfare of the board in mind. Some decisions maybe tough but they will be honest with an explanation behind it. |

Can they both be male moderators since there are two female mods? I was actually thinking the same thing. After all, I'm sure that neither of us can be on the board at all times. Therefore, we would be able to serve as back up for one another. |

in all seriousness, how do both plan on interacting with opposing views? (i.e. Bible Beater fiya) To the best of my knowledge opinions can still be expressed be it the same or opposing. However, when those opinions get way out of hand and out of the spirit of which the board is intended for(i.e. real life issues, private forum abuse, ect), then it would be time to step in and take action. |

Cold (for example) remains on the board. What would you do? |

Don't blame this one on the fella's.. Sorry. I personally Believe Nupey received the passcode from a female who is still on the board and was directed to that particular post. From what I have been told.... he had to dig for that post. This is from within on this one. Does that said person still post.... Maybe....Maybe not.. LOL

Here is my suggestion...why can't we just have two male mods? We have two female mods....I mean that would be good to have in case one of the male mods is not available. Both of the candidates are non-bias. They both have great views, and they are not catty. So I'm going to vote for both of them....
