Hey...I'm getting some serious drag time and every so often I open a thread and then get half a page with blocks filled in brown and script in navy blue across the top?? My PMs aren't loading.

I restarted and cleaned already.

Is anyone else having problems??

Admins, I called Time Warner and it's a "scheduled outage" in my area that I NEVER received notice for...I have online classes damn it (and OOA)!!
