Wow....I am so sorry that happened. I'm in the ATL. also and I didn't hear anything on this...Prayers are going up right now. I know Eddie must me devastated right now.

<---still outdone by Gerald's passing
Sean was jailed last week to serve a 22 month sentence for inability to pay over $85,000 in back child support for his oldest three (of six) children,ages 11,15 & 17. He was also on high blood pressure medication...if you see a pic of his mugshot from last week,you can see his face is bloated.
Eddie Levert Sr. of the legendary O'Jays has 5 children left,including his oldest son Eddie Jr,Kandice (whose Mom Martha was also Gerald & Sean's mother-so she has no sons left);and three much younger children ,including a 6 year old.

I just heard about this....Im embarrassed b.c I didnt know who Sean Levert was. I only knew about Eddie and Gerald. Condolences to the Leverts  |

I heard on the TJMS this morning that Sean was restrained for some reason while in jail and when a guard came to check on him, he was unresponsive.
They rushed him to the hospital where he died an hour later.
There may have been a struggle between Sean and officers . . . and this is Cleveland we're talking about.
Only the autopsy will tell us for sure how he died.
