Actually, this is at an Arab wedding party. It was mainly all family and since a few of the women in the family are probably bellydancers, I'm sure that the little girl is the daughter of one of them. So these weren't Indians. Believe me, the little girl wouldn't have had a hip scarf on if it were. Also, all of the women had on jilbaab and the singer was singing in Arabic. More than likely, they didn't think anything of the little girl dancing. It was all family and I doubt that anyone had any R'ruh thoughts. Besides, once she got out of hand, he father picked her up. It was more than likely a joke and all fun and games at a family event. Arabs do things like this as jokes. Weird? Yes, but that's what they do.

I don't think women in Arabia would be wearing form fitting dresses like the lady who slid in the camera from the left. SERIOUSLY doubt that one. I say either India or Pakistan maybe Afghanistan too.
