Woman throws kids off of bridge...again

There have been many stories about people throwing their children off bridges. This one is about a woman who threw her children, and then herself, off of an overpass and into traffic. They all survived, but the mother is in critical condition.

What the hell makes a person become so desperate that they feel like this is their only option? What is going on with them psychologically? Why do you think people do things like this?

The absence of Christ in their lives in a lot of case and then some people are just mentally ill.

Yeah that is probably one of the reasons. But I don't understand the rationale. There are lots of ways to kill yourself. If you want to commit that sin anyway, to throw your kids and yourself off of an overpass is crazy. That's like trying to get attention. There are some twisted people in the world man.

It has GOTT to be mental illness. They obviously don't have the mental capacity to handle the stress and responsibility that comes with being a parent. I mean, I've seen a few kids that were BAD AS HAYLE (no lie) where I can facetiously say, if that was my child(ren) I would throw them out the damn window or beat them until the white meat show -but I wouldn't really do it. I don't condone it BY NO MEANS...but I do understand how one that does not have the mental capacity to handle the stresses of daily life including kids, financial strains, lack of support, no love (dysfunctional relationships), no health insurance and MOST importantly as mention no relationship with Christ. With all of those factors in one's life, I kinda understand -but it's wild because it's becoming more and more common...TOO common.

Someone explain to me how a woman can make TWO attempts to kill her children, and somehow, she is not locked up in a psych ward or someplace where she can get some help?

This is much like that crazy bytch in Texas a few years ago who drowned her kids in the bathtub, or the trailer-park trick who locked her kids in the car and then pushed the car into the lake in SC some years back.
