I heard on the radio this morning that Jay and B are making a statement soon to first confirm all of the gossip about them getting married and two to inform everyone that they are "with child". Did anyone else hear this or was it just me?

Anywhoo, I don't see them announcing anything until the child is in college. Is Solange still married? I remember seeing the dad once in Destiny Child's video "I need a souljah" where Solange was pregnant and he had his arms around her stomach. Haven't really seen him since. |

Why do people get married just because they are pregnant? Getting married doesn't erase the fact that you were humping out of wedlock  That writing was on the wall though...I'm not surprised at it though...just surprised that they think they were really doing some sort of "poker face" with the wedding and all and actually had people fooled... |

I dont think Solange was ever married to that dude...I bet it was a "spiritual wedding" like Brandy had with that dude Robert...but in this case the Knowles probably gave homey some cash to put up appearances...

I'm not surprised by this if its true... it kinda makes sense now that they got married all outta the blue.
I have a friend who got married all fast and he was like we knew we wanted to get married before we got pregnant. I was like then why didn't you?

what is the deal with these so called secret pregnancies? If you pregnant, great, if not o.k. Remember how Jennifer Lopez was attempting to hide the fact that she was preggars? WTF? Its not like people can 't see.

It's the new celebrity thing. I think they're feeling that they don't have to share all the intimate details of their lives with the public. The silly part is if they weren't famous and some stranger asked them how far along they were they'd shout it out. I don't know why it's such a big deal. As you said Southie, we can all tell.

I do understand wanting to maintain some privacy, but some harm things are obvious and unless you live in a cave...its hard to miss. Let's be realistic and not silly.
