I just caught about 10 seconds of Mr. Bush speaking. I guess he was speaking on economic issues or what not. He then said something that forced me to keep flipping the channels. He said:"...we are trying to become less reliative on foreign oil...." Is "reliative" a word? Did he use it wrong? Or is it me?

Why does his speech writer not go over the speech before hand to make sure Bush can pronounce all the words?
