His speech last night was True for the most part. People are different based on their geographical/cultural/genetic makeup.
But he is mos definitely an intelligent bitter angry black man who happens to be a preacher. You can see it all in his face . Now back up and listen to what i am saying.........The question is not whether he is right or wrong .......The real Question is why would the NAACCP and REV WRIGHT do this type of public display while OBAMA is in such a Tight race. OBAMA needs white people to win the nomination . And I believe that REV WRIGHT is scarring those good white people to death. Because if i may get in their mind for a second .....IF the Reverend is that mean and nasty and hateful then what about his friend of 20 years , BURACK HUSSEIN OBAMA who is not a pastor but a slick politician . When he gets into that white house lord have mercy on us segregated liberal whites who sort of like black people a little.

This is not a quiet time in our world's or nation's history. First of all, CNN CHOSE to cover this dinner for the specific reason that they wanted to find sometning to use against Obama. They have never been interested in NAACP dinners before.

I do think that Wright's public appearances are going to hurt Obama, but the people who aren't going to vote for Obama because of Wright probably would have turned on him in the voting booth anyway.

Since we want Obama to leave his church, why isn't there a mass exodus from the Catholic Church afte the molestation of THOUSANDS of young boys (remember, many cases are still unreported)?

The priests implicated in the scandal were only given a slap on the wrist and everyone bowed and praised the mighty Pope just a week ago.

It's hard for people to change churches and religious leaders (it took years for my family to change theirs).

Personally, I like Rev. Wright. He's my new Boo! ;D

If enough folks in this country are STUPID enough to vote, or not vote for Barack Obama based on something his pastor said, then this nation does indeed deserve to have four (most likely 8) more years of Bush. What Wright said is basically the truth, and as he has alluded to ( and as Obama alluded to) many folks in this country don't want to hear the truth as it relates to the anomole of race relations in this nation's history, and certainly don't want to deal with the reality of what the U.S. legacy of violence towards other countries.

I was very impressed when he talked about all the things that his church has done. They are very active in the community.

Brother Robelite i agree with Rev Wright for the most part . I disagree with him taking scripture out of context . Other fold is referring to gentiles becoming one with Jews in Yahshua.
he gets props for his work in the community. And to answer your question yes..... through prison and street ministries and charities my wife and i strive to make our community stronger.

This thread is about WHY REV WRIGHT is Hitting the public with the Al Sharpton RACE BOMB at this particular time? ....even joking about being a VICE PRESIDENT is crazy if he is friends with OBAMA. with friends like that who needs enemies.
