Easily. I e-started it, along with Outtie. It flourished for a min. But I'd rather my e-org be known for what it has done when it flourished then hang on like some other e-orgs and just look foolish still e-trying with very few members.
Tis all.
It dissolved when e-Katrina hit. I've decided that the e-org. washed away with the old board.
